New Student Orientation
We are glad you’ve chosen to pursue your education at Vanguard. There are so many exciting things awaiting you once you arrive. New Student Orientation is an essential part of making a successful transition into our community, so clear your calendar and make plans to attend orientation.
You will be welcomed by student leaders we call Frontline Leaders. Frontline exists to welcome new students into Vanguard by establishing a diverse environment that ignites growth, belonging, and genuine relationships within a Christian community. Basically, we are the group trained and prepared to help transition all incoming traditional undergraduate students into the university. Our goal is to connect you to the people that will sustain you over your tenure here and to give you resources to thrive. We will assign you to small orientation groups led by 1-2 Frontline Leaders. Use this group as your opportunity to connect in a more personal way with other students sharing a similar experience.
