Balboa Hall

Balboa Hall is designed to house returning and transfer female and male students. This facility utilizes a “quad” floor plan in which four rooms share a large lounge/living area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The rooms are designed for double, triple, and quadruple occupancy. This residence hall has a study lounge and laundry. Check out a floor plan.

Catalina Hall

Catalina Hall, our newest residence hall, began housing students in Fall 2001. The facility houses female sophomore and transfer undergraduate students in spacious rooms. Each room is air conditioned and has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Each floor is equipped with a laundry facility and an extra room where students may have toasters, toaster ovens, etc. Residents can take advantage of the spacious and decorative lobby and lounge on the first floor. Huntington Hall

Built in 1972, Huntington Hall is designed primarily for new male students in double occupancy rooms. Huntington Hall is a traditional residence facility with rooms adjoining a common hallway. Huntington Hall residents share common restrooms and shower facilities. Each room is furnished with beds, mattresses, desks, chairs, and a dresser. Huntington Hall has laundry machines on each floor. The hall also shares a common spacious lobby with Laguna Hall. Check out a floor plan.

Laguna Hall

Built in 1970, Laguna Hall is designed primarily for new female students. Laguna Hall is a traditional residence facility with rooms adjoining a common hallway. All of the Laguna Hall rooms have private baths and each floor has a common area for studying, floor events, and meetings. Each room is furnished with beds, mattresses, desks, chairs, and a dresser. Newport Hall

Newport Hall is designed to house returning and transfer male and female students. This facility utilizes a “quad” floor plan in which four rooms share a large lounge/living area. Vanguard Centre

Opened in 1998, Vanguard Centre is an attractive apartment complex located within easy walking distance to the Vanguard campus. Vanguard Centre houses upper-division male and female students in spacious apartments. Nine of the apartments are reserved for full-time undergraduate married students (both spouses must be enrolled students at VUSC) in spacious one-bedroom apartments. All the apartments, except for those reserved for married students, are furnished with beds, mattresses and a refrigerator. Amenities include a clubhouse room, study room, and laundry facilities. Utilities and access to the campus Local Area Network (LAN) and Internet are included.
